August Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! If you have come here from Wendy's Blog, you are on the right path! If this is your first stop, you may want to go back to Jena's Blog and start from the beginning!

I made this fun boy-themed card using our August Stamp of the Month, It's Your Day, for the sentiment. With many 'boy' birthdays coming up in August this card was a must!

Detailed view. I really love how the Stardust paper and embossed swirls are reminiscent of artwork from one of my favorite children's books, Where The Wild Things Are.

The Goods:
Cardstock - CTMH
Stamp Sets - CTMH It's Your Day, Ahoy Matey
Ink - CTMH Black
Tools - CTMH edge distressor, corner rounder
Misc. - hemp, cuttlebug

Now "Hop" on over to Helen's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all of the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas! Remember, the August SOTM is only available until August 31st! Contact me to learn how to get this stamp at a discount or even FREE!
