8 Months
I love Basic Grey papers! I covered a chipboard film square with coordinating paper to highlight my title.

Dad
I tore these pp on a diagonal, printed my 8x10 photo in sepia and cut out - free hand - the blue swirl embellishment.

I Believe in Angels
A photo shoot is so much easier to do at home! Notice the strategically placed blanket! Taken from a Becky Higgins sketch.

Cameron the Storyteller
I have since completed my journalling...more basic grey paper.

Pumpkin Patch
Design taken from CTMH Fall 2008 Idea Book p. 59 Not sure if I still need to journal or not.

Halloween
The background is PP that I pieced together, the cat is sparkly! The only dimension that I added to the PP were gold brads at the top of each page. The design is from CTMH Imagine - Memoirs Complete.

Bath Tub
I used CTMH Emporium PP and Heritage edge anchors. I found the poem on http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/ - pea soup - I wish I was that clever!

Living Nativity
I wanted to keep this one simple as I had a lot of large photos. The journalling is hidden behind the title.

Shore Fun
I took inspiration for this one from a friend - thanks Gayle! PP is CTMH Stardust, I only had two sheets of this coordinating paper left to work with so had to make it really stretch! Title is CTMH Headline Alphabet stamped in Moonstruck ink.

So Cute
I love these photos of the boys! PP is CTMH Stardust - I sanded the centre of the moonstruck (blue) cardstock to reviel the white core so that I can journal on those spaces. The design is from CTMH Imagine - Introduction

Shelf Life
I completed this one today while the boys were napping YAY! The PP is 29th Street Market. I stamped the large and small stars using CTMH Shining Star stamp set with twilight and vineyard berry ink. I first inked the stamp with twilight, stamped once on scrap paper, then kissed the edges of the stamp with vineyard berry, then spritzed the stamp with water before applying to my paper.

0 Folio Album - June Workshop

Tuesday, March 10, 2009

1.
Start by trimming a 12"x12" piece of CS to 12"x11". I 'free
handed' a tab on the left side.
2. Score the 11" length in half at 5 1/2"
3. Starting at the right side of your CS score at 3", 6" and 9"
4. Cut and fold accordingly
5. I used an old file folder as my base. It may be a little
sturdier than the CS.
6. Cut 8 pieces of coordinating patterned paper 3"x5 1/2"
7. Glue and trim the PP
8. Glue a scrap piece of PP on the backside of the tab
9. Trim tab and glue 3 pieces of PP 3"x1 1/2" to the inside
of the folio as shown
10. Trace a half circle onto top edge of three sides Cut out
the half circles, these will be pockets for tags
11. Place double sided tape on sides and bottoms of pocket
pages and all around front page
12. Stick the insides of the folio together
13. Have fun! Decorate and embellish
