And absolutely perfect for camping. Yay!
The goods:
Large baker potatoes {already cooked and packaged in tin foil at home}
Ham slices
Pepperoni slices
Cheese slices
Margarine
Sour cream
Chives
Slice the potatoes, not quite all the way through.
Fill slices with alternating ham, pepperoni and cheese layers. Wrap in tin foil.
Cook on the fire or grill for about 20 minutes or until the potato is heated through and cheese is melted. You can eat it just like this or...
