0 Raspberry Jam

This was my first foray into raspberry jam. 
I was surprised at how easy it is to make!
Two simple ingredients brought to a boil...
5 cups of raspberries
5 cups of sugar
Made 2 pints of jam.
It took less than one hour to make the jam, start to finish.
I processed the jars for about 20 minutes in a canner and voila!
More goodies to add to our Christmas baskets.
