With the warmer weather comes the need for popsicles. Healthy, real fruit Banana, Mango and Blueberry Popsicles!
I love to use real fruit in our popsicles. Like our Fruit Puree and Green Smoothie Popsicles from last year ~ so good! Today we have banana, mango and pineapple puree with fresh blueberries.
I put equal amounts of fruit into our standard blender with a bit of water. It works like a charm. You could total add orange juice too. Really whatever fruit that you want ~ oh the possibilities!
Every year I buy a new popsicle maker because the tops are forever going missing! Next time I am just going to use wooden popsicle sticks when the old ones go missing ~ duh. Silly me. 😉 So just pour the puree into the popsicle mould and drop in fresh blueberries. Freeze overnight and you have the perfect snack for those warm summer days.
Perfectly ripe blueberries are an awesome addition to these popsicles.
Seriously so good.
