Looking for a family friendly crock pot recipe that everyone is sure to love?  Look no further!  This has always been one of our go to recipes and I was super pleased when it turned out to be just as good in the crock pot.

Crock Pot Chicken Jambalaya Recipe
 
Ingredients:
 
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg mild Italian sausage {cooked and drained}
1 can of tomato soup
2 cups quartered white mushrooms
2 cups diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tsp chili seasoning
 
Combine ingredients into a large, labelled freezer bag.  When ready to cook pull out of the freezer and defrost overnight in the refrigerator.  Pour into the crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low.  Serve with rice.

The kids love the combination of meat and mild flavours.  You could totally add shrimp or hot Italian sausage to change it up a bit.  I have added this recipe to our crock pot freezer meal planning.  Be sure to check out our other Crock Pot Freezer Meals for more recipe ideas!
