DIY Vinyl Wonder Woman Logo

Okay, I have been having waaaaay too much fun with peel and stick vinyl lately.  Ask anyone.  I have it on my helmet, my new truck and my kitchen aid mixer!! LOL  It’s just so easy to work with and personalize all. the. things!  Let me show you how I created a few wonder woman logos for my gear, WITHOUT a fancy cutting machine…

It’s so easy to create your own logos with vinyl!  I used the solid wonder woman symbol for my kitchen aid mixer and the outline for my dirt biking helmet.

It all started with this basic, black helmet.  It just screamed “personalize” me!  So I went to Michaels and purchased a sheet of turquoise peel and stick vinyl to play with.  I started with my own blog logo.  It’s a pretty straight forward shape to cut out with a pair of scissors.

I simply traced the logo onto the back of the vinyl and cut it out.  If you are not sure of your drawing skills you could run the vinyl through your printer and print the logo that you want onto the back of the paper.  Just be sure to flip the orientation if you need to so that when you cut it our your image is “facing” the right direction and not backwards.

I carefully cut out the wonder woman log so that I could use the solid image and the outline.  The wonder woman outline went on my helmet and the solid logo was a perfect fit for my mixer.

I love the pops of turquoise both in my kitchen and on my helmet.  And I tend to personalize EVERYTHING so this was totally fun.  I am now seriously contemplating buying one of those fancy cutting machines.  I have an old Cricuit and it really is easy to cut things out by hand BUT with a digital cutting machine the vinyl possibilities are endless!  Do you have a fancy cutting out machine?  Maybe I can just borrow it?!?  LOL
