Ham and Pineapple Pizza Roll

I wanted to give my Pizza Bun recipe a twist.  So we tried Ham and Pineapple in a roll.  Here’s how it looked:
I started with white dough from the bread maker and spread it out into a rectangle shape.
The goods:
sliced ham
pineapple chunks
mozzarella cheese
tomato paste
I spread the paste over the dough.
Then I layered on our toppings.
I created another version using Ranch sauce as our base instead of tomato paste {this was my favorite}.
Then I rolled each one into a log an put them in the oven at 350 from about 30 minutes.
Both of our pizza logs kind of exploded.  I think that I should have cut the ham up into thinner slices!  But man, it still tasted good and didn’t have to look pretty 😉

I’ll try it again using my pizza bun method I think! lol
