I love packing chicken skewers while camping.
It’s a great way to include lots of veggies in a simple campfire meal.
This marinade is too good not to share.
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
Combine ingredients and pour over 4-6 chicken breasts.
Allow to marinade for at least 6 hours in a refrigerator.
Cut the chicken into cubes and skewer with your choice of vegetables for delicious camp fire
