Pizza dough using this Weight Watchers Pizza Dough recipe
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Make dough and divide into 4-6 individual serving sizes. Spread each serving out onto non-stick cookie sheets, forming the pizza crust. Saute onions, butter and sugar in a frying pan set to medium heat until opaque and caramelized.
Layer the pulled pork, onions and cheese on the pizza dough and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow the dough to rise and edges to become golden. No extra pizza sauce is needed as the bbq pulled pork provides a lovely base for the other toppings.
