Mushroom Soup with Herb Bread

 I have been testing out a few recipes from Pinterest recently.
I was thrilled when I came upon this one from Season with Spice.
Mostly because I love the idea of this website.
They have a ton of yummy looking recipes that incorporate all kinds of spices and seasonings.
I suck at adding spice to my recipes and look forward to trying more recipes from Season with Spice and using some of those poor neglected jars in my spice rack.

I had to track down this recipe a little because the original pin led to a dead end.  Boo! So I tried a few variations of the web address and found it here.
This was a perfect, fresh soup for fall.
I paired it with my sister-in-laws amazing Breadmaker Herb Bread.

Into a breadmaker combine:
1 1/3 cups water
3 Tbsp powdered milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter
3 2/3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp basil
1 1/2 dried marjoram
1 1/2 dried thyme
2 tsp yeast
