Spinach Dip Mini Bread Bowls

These Spinach Dip Mini Bread Bowls are a MUST MAKE!!  I have requests all the time to bring them to appetizer parties and they are so yummy that I just want to keep them all for myself.  But my kids tell me that it is nice to share so here is the recipe for you my friends!

Ingredients
  • 1 can Pilsbury pizza dough
  • 150g frozen spinach {defrosted}
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3oz cream cheese {softened}
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp dried Parmesan cheese
  • ⅛ tsp chili pepper
  • a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper
  • ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Cut the dough into rounds and place into greased muffin cups.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients (minus the mozzarella cheese).
  3. Drop the filling mixture into the muffin cups by the Tbsp full.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 for 18-20 minutes.

Cutting the bread bowl from Pilsbury pizza dough makes this such a quick dish to create!  I use a round cookie cutter but you could use a knife or simply pull the dough apart and shape it into rounds with your fingers.

Use a cookie scoop to fill each bowl for easy portioning and clean up!
